About the role
- Consultancy and preparation of legal opinions on labor rights, obligations, and current legislation.
- Representation in labor lawsuits (claims and defenses) at all instances of the Labor Court.
- Participation in hearings and oral arguments.
- Representation in administrative proceedings (Ministry of Labor, Labor Public Prosecutor's Office).
- Negotiation and mediation of judicial and extrajudicial settlements.
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance with labor legislation and to prevent risks.
- Drafting employment contracts, amendments, and internal policies.
- Providing labor law training for teams and managers.
Requirements
- Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation (CLT, súmulas, OJs, and case law).
- Experience in judicial and administrative litigation in labor law.
- Ability to draft court pleadings, legal opinions, and contracts.
- Negotiation and conflict mediation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills for courtroom appearances.
- Organization and attention to detail for managing cases and deadlines.
- Proactivity and the ability to work effectively in a team.
