About the role
- Lead and manage data science projects focusing on reinforcement learning algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality machine learning models
- Develop and maintain scalable and clean code for machine learning implementations
- Ensure timely project execution and adherence to quality standards
Requirements
- Strong experience leading teams that deliver ML & DL models at Scale (3+ years leading teams, preferably in Marketing)
- Exposure to MMM/MTA, Lead Scoring, etc class of models that are used in marketing
- Strong experience working with Reinforcement Learning algorithms (minimum 2 years), including but not limited to Deep Reinforcement Learning, Q-learning, Dynamic Programming, Multi-Armed Bandits/Contextual Bandits, etc
- Strong proficiency with creating scalable and clean codes within Python
- Strong experience in SQL (mandatory)
- Experienced in creating reward systems required for Reinforcement Learning based approaches
- Minimum 5 years of Experience developing ML & DL models
- Strong focus on Project execution, management and quality delivery through Diligently following practices such as Agile
