About the role
- execute on our technology roadmap, with a primary focus on marketing operations, integrations, and analytics
- help build and optimize the systems that power our go-to-market motion
- work across marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Marketing Cloud, Braze), Salesforce, and emerging AI tools
- bridge marketing and sales technology, ensuring seamless data flow, campaign execution, and actionable insights
- collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Operations teams to design workflows, troubleshoot integrations
- leverage analytics to improve our revenue engine

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Technology roles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, or similar)
- Working knowledge of integrations, APIs, webhooks, and data flows between marketing and sales systems
- Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards to track marketing and pipeline metrics
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or analytics platforms is a plus
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new systems quickly
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and process documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or relevant experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification or Marketing Cloud certification is a plus
