About the role
- Responsible for the financial health of the district and drive revenue.
- Train, coach, motivate and inspire store leaders.
- Deliver extraordinary customer experiences through quality service.
- Oversee operational policies and procedures across stores.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Retail leadership experience in a multi-unit management role; beauty industry would be considered an asset.
- Proven business, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines with minimal supervision
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a history of attracting, developing, motivating and retaining talent.
- Demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
