Own and manage the Canadian product assortment in alignment with global collections
Lead assortment selection, quantity planning and allocation decisions for stores
Execute local pricing in accordance with global pricing guidelines
Optimize inventory to maximize availability, sales and profitability
Handle product flow between/to stores to optimize availability

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Retail Merchandising, Pricing, Assortment Management or Category Management
Strong understanding of retail pricing, promotions, inventory, and margin
Advanced Excel skills – mandatory (analysis, pivot tables, formulas)
High proficiency in working with retail systems / ERP / merchandising tools
Experience managing data across multiple systems with high accuracy
Strong attention to detail and process orientation
Retail experience in value, lifestyle, toys, gifts or fast-rotation categories – advantage
Fluent English – required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, Economics or related field
