- Lead daily production planning and execution across vehicle upfit operations
- Align production output with sales targets and delivery commitments
- Manage end-to-end production control
- Oversee chassis planning, staging, and readiness
- Manage inventory control and material planning
- Coordinate supply chain and parts planning
- Direct logistics operations
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, automotive production, operations, supply chain, or a related operational leadership environment.
- Demonstrated manufacturing leadership experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-volume, high-mix automotive production and upfit environments.
- Strong operational problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Execution-focused leader who performs effectively in fast-paced production environments.
- Strong production planning and operational coordination capability.
- Solid financial and operational planning mindset.
