Requirements

10+ years of engineering leadership experience
multi-platform digital products experience
focus on Reactjs, React Native, Roku, Swift/Kotlin, and Go languages
experience leading engineering in media, streaming, consumer tech, or high-scale digital environments
proven ability to improve execution rigor and delivery predictability
experience overseeing PMO or delivery organizations
strong understanding of mobile, web, backend architectures, and streaming ecosystems
demonstrated success driving modernization initiatives (automation, AI adoption, DevOps improvements)
strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
