About the role
- Lead a dedicated engineering function focused on securing FOX's digital products
- Collaborate with senior leaders to define digital security strategy
- Build and lead a team of cloud and digital security engineers
- Provide guidance during incidents and vulnerability response efforts
- Ensure security integration into software development lifecycle
- Define secure digital product operating models and ensure compliance
- Serve as technical liaison for audits related to digital product security
- Drive secure patterns for application development and IAM
- Champion security practices across FOX
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity
- 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in cloud-native environments
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Strong experience in collaboration with product management teams
- Expert-level knowledge of secure architecture patterns
- Hands-on proficiency in automation and tooling using Python
- Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps pipelines
- Understanding of DNS, CDN, and application-layer defenses
- Strong working knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory controls
