About the role
- Drive time-to-value and value realization KPIs across complex enterprise implementations involving ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Manhattan), order management, inventory optimization, and AI-powered automation
- Own P&L accountability for the professional services organization, balancing growth investment with operational efficiency as we scale both traditional and AI implementation capabilities
- Establish delivery standards for multi-system integrations and AI deployments that consistently exceed customer expectations while maintaining healthy margins
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate implementation feedback into product enhancements and ensure service delivery readiness for new capabilities
- Build comprehensive services strategy covering traditional implementations (Order Visibility, Inventory Visibility, Transportation Management) and emerging AI capabilities (agentic automation, intelligent exception management, predictive optimization)
- Develop scalable delivery methodologies for complex enterprise transformations that span order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes across multiple supply chain systems
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer journeys and create feedback loops that inform product roadmap priorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with implementation partners and system integrators to extend delivery capacity across regions and technical domains
- Build and scale specialized teams including Implementation Managers (orchestrating complete enterprise transformations), Integration Specialists (managing technical integrations), and Solution Architects
- Recruit talent with diverse skill sets spanning supply chain domain expertise, enterprise ERP implementation experience, AI/ML technical capabilities, and change management proficiency
- Create career progression paths that reflect evolution from traditional implementations to AI-centric deployments
- Foster high-performance culture focused on customer outcomes, technical innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning
- Implement standardized delivery frameworks covering discovery, requirements, design, configuration, integration validation, UAT, training, go-live, and hypercare—adapted for both traditional and AI implementations
- Establish metrics measuring implementation success, AI adoption rates, data quality, integration performance, customer satisfaction, and business outcome attribution
- Drive continuous improvement based on project retrospectives, customer feedback, and evolving product capabilities
- Create best practices for complex enterprise integrations, AI change management, multi-stakeholder coordination, and value realization reporting
Requirements
- 12+ years in professional services leadership, including at least 5 years leading global services organizations at VP or SVP level in enterprise software
- Proven track record implementing complex ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA/Blue Yonder, Manhattan) or supply chain platforms with understanding of Order Management, Inventory Management, WMS, and/or TMS
- Experience managing P&L with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed financial targets while investing in team capability development
- Deep expertise in enterprise implementation methodologies including multi-system integrations across ERP, OMS, WMS, TMS environments with strong understanding of supply chain operations (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory optimization, logistics execution)
- Experience leading teams through AI, machine learning, or automation implementations in enterprise contexts
- Track record creating repeatable delivery methodologies that reduce time-to-value and costs while maintaining quality
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success teams, with ability to influence technical roadmaps based on implementation insights
- Outstanding executive presence with ability to present to C-level stakeholders on implementation strategy, AI value propositions, and business outcomes
- Experience driving organizational change in fast-paced, growth-stage environments with comfort navigating ambiguity and rapid iteration
- Supply chain, logistics, or transportation industry experience required

- Understanding of supply chain visibility, real-time tracking, or AI-powered supply chain optimization solutions
- You've led services organizations through major technology transformations involving both traditional enterprise systems and emerging AI capabilities
- You understand the unique challenges of implementing solutions that span multiple enterprise systems (ERP, OMS, WMS, TMS) and can architect delivery approaches that manage this complexity
- You're excited about AI's potential to transform supply chain operations and can build teams that implement these capabilities while managing customer change management
- You see services as strategic—informing product development through implementation insights, not just executing deployments
