About the role
- Support existing customers via email, chat, and calls
- Onboard new customers and answer product questions
- Engage in sales conversations and provide plan recommendations
- Work directly with customers in the US and globally
- Collaborate with the Talent Discovery Team and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- Experience in BPO, SaaS support, or virtual assistant roles
- Comfortable working the US night shift (9pm-6am Philippine time)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Customer-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable performing both support and sales functions
- Prior experience in SaaS customer success or sales (preferred)
- Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills (preferred)
