About the role

  • Support our Dutch-speaking customer base via phone, email, and chat
  • Maintain our customer database and update all entries
  • Offer tailored solutions for each call
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical issues (installation) or warranty claims

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch (C2) plus proficiency in German, French, or English (C1 level)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales environment; prior call center experience is desirable
  • Demonstrable experience working within a structured process
  • Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Flexibility and openness to a new challenge
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn
  • Empathetic and socially competent personality
  • Valid work permit for Germany
  • Willingness to work on-site in Berlin
