About the role
- Receive customer calls and handle requests related to the maintenance and servicing of gas boilers and heat pumps
- Support on-site service technicians at customer locations via remote support and by answering their questions
- Provide technical advice for gas boilers and heating systems
Requirements
- Completed training as a systems mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), heating installer, ventilation technician, electronics technician, gas and water installer, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience with heating technology and gas boilers (maintenance and customer service)
- Fluent German in spoken and written (C2 level)
- Very good PC and Microsoft Office skills
- Enjoy communicating and working on the phone
- Calm and composed in stressful situations
