About the role

  • Handle incoming customer calls and process requests related to the maintenance and servicing of heating boilers and heat pumps
  • Support the on-site team at customer locations via remote support and answer their questions
  • Provide technical advice for gas boilers and heating systems

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an HVAC systems technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), heating installer, ventilation technician, electronics technician, gas and water installer, mechatronics technician, or an equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience with heating technology and gas boilers (maintenance and customer service)
  • Fluent German, spoken and written (C2 level)
  • Very good PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Enjoy communication and telephone-based customer contacts
  • Composure in stressful situations
