About the role
- Assessing damage to defective electronic devices for our Norwegian-speaking customers via phone and email
- Enhancing customer satisfaction by handling inquiries promptly and professionally
- Reviewing and evaluating submitted damage claims
Requirements
- Fluent in Norwegian (C2) and English (B2)
- Commercial and technical affinity, especially related to internet and telephony
- Proficient PC skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the role
- Ability to work proactively and perform under pressure to meet deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and strong willingness to develop new skills
- Empathetic and socially competent personality
