About the role
- Own day-to-day running of HubSpot CRM
- Support inbound and outbound leads generated through proactive outreach
- Test and iterate on messaging and channels
- Attend events and networking sessions to generate leads
- Capture and convert attendee lists into structured follow-up activity
Requirements
- 3–4+ years’ experience in BD, sales, growth or outreach
- Experience generating conversations
- Used a CRM (HubSpot ideally but not essential)
- Proactive and resilient with cold outreach
- Strong writing skills
