About the role

  • As an intern (mandatory internship) (m/f/d), you will work directly with the founding team.
  • You will elevate processes, develop strategies for our accelerator program, and support their implementation.
  • You will actively help build the innovation ecosystem and play a central role in doing so.
  • You will be the right hand and sparring partner to the founder team on strategic and operational matters — particularly in sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Optimize existing processes or implement new ones to increase team efficiency.
  • Source and identify suitable startups and mentors for our accelerator program.
  • Support daily business operations and ensure performance.
  • Act as a sparring partner for our current and portfolio startups.
  • Prepare presentations.

Requirements

  • You are studying at a reputable university and have already gained initial experience in high-growth startups or other high-performance environments such as strategy consultancies, investment banks, or venture capital.
  • You have a strong affinity for impact trends, innovation, and technologies.
  • You enjoy working independently and are highly results-oriented.
  • You are energetic and not looking for an administrative role — you want to actively shape and build.
  • Through daily use you are proficient with Pitch, Slack, Google Suite, etc.
