Manager

• You work closely with founders on whatever will move their startup forward: business model, go-to-market, fundraising, team building.
• You roll up your sleeves just as readily when a startup is piloting a new product with an SME.
• You mediate between ambitious teams and companies looking to transform their processes — and identify which solutions have the potential to change an industry.
• You coach startups in early stages (Pre-Seed/Seed), including through "critical" growth phases.
• You identify operational weaknesses and develop direct, hands-on solutions with the teams.
• You support pilot projects from initiation and concept through to successful market launch.
• You build long-term partnerships with SMEs and corporate partners.
• You orchestrate pilot projects between startups and corporate partners.
• You facilitate innovation workshops and turn corporate challenges into concrete startup briefings.

Startup Coach, Innovation Manager – Impact Accelerator

• You will build the dealflow engine for our Impact Accelerator.
• Using AI support, a strong startup instinct and an eye for promising founding teams, you will automate and structure our processes.
• You identify outstanding startups in rural areas, beyond the usual platforms.
• You leverage LinkedIn, local networks, universities, funding programs and events for scouting.
• You analyze and evaluate suitable startups against our program criteria.
• You actively contribute to developing automated scouting and screening processes.
• You use AI (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to make research, analysis and pre-qualification more efficient.
• You are Founders Bay’s first point of contact for many founders.
• You maintain and deepen relationships with founder communities and regional partners.
• You pre-screen and prioritize incoming applications according to clear criteria.
• You diligently maintain and organize application intake in our CRM.

Startup Scout & Dealflow Manager – Impact Accelerator

• Startup scouting & research: You find startups that few others know about — in rural areas, off the usual platforms.
• You develop an instinct for where exciting founding teams emerge.
• Active research via LinkedIn, local networks, universities, funding programs and events.
• Identification of suitable startups according to our program criteria.
• Communication & relationship building: You are one of Founders Bay's first points of contact for many founders.
• You proactively reach out, conduct initial conversations, and guide them through the application process.
• Initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, etc. — including cold outreach.
• Conducting initial calls and qualification interviews with founding teams.
• Building and maintaining relationships with relevant founder communities and local networks.
• Deal flow process & screening: You structure incoming applications and help keep track of who fits, who doesn't, and why.
• Evaluation and pre-qualification of incoming applications according to clear criteria.
• Maintenance and documentation in the CRM (Notion / Airtable).
• Automation — together with us.
• We want to gradually automate the deal flow process with AI — and you will help build that.
