• You provide individualized support to our e‑commerce clients, bring structure to their processes, and ensure projects are not only started but also implemented cleanly.
• You work directly with CEOs and internal teams — via 1:1 calls, project boards, Slack, or Loom.
• You analyze the current situation using our assessment, define clear goals, and develop a customized roadmap with the client for the Xentral rollout.
• In regular sessions you set up processes together with the client: from shop integrations and warehouse logic to workflow automation.
• You stay in touch between sessions via Slack, provide feedback, answer questions, and share Looms or relevant guides.
• You exchange updates with the team in our daily client success meetings.
