About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You provide individualized support to our e‑commerce clients, bring structure to their processes, and ensure projects are not only started but also implemented cleanly.
You work directly with CEOs and internal teams — via 1:1 calls, project boards, Slack, or Loom.
You analyze the current situation using our assessment, define clear goals, and develop a customized roadmap with the client for the Xentral rollout.
In regular sessions you set up processes together with the client: from shop integrations and warehouse logic to workflow automation.
You stay in touch between sessions via Slack, provide feedback, answer questions, and share Looms or relevant guides.
You exchange updates with the team in our daily client success meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical and analytical understanding
Client leadership and accountability
Comfortable with tools and quick to learn
Structured problem solver
Strong rapport‑builder
Execution‑oriented and reliable
Coachable high performer
Result‑focused with strong ownership
Presence over ego
Basic knowledge of SQL and JavaScript is a major plus
At least 12 months of relevant experience in ERP, process consulting, or technical customer support
