About the role
- The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple projects and initiatives, including strategic initiatives, continuous improvement initiatives, and general efficiency projects.
- This role serves as a senior individual contributor on the Performance Excellence team.
- Supports the business unit(s) in all phases of the Project Life Cycle including intake, scoping, business case development, stakeholder alignment, execution, change management, and post-implementation support.
- Ensures all projects are properly defined, approved, planned, documented, resourced, scheduled, monitored, and completed in alignment with organizational priorities.
- Develops future-state workflows, standard work, and performance expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree - in business administration, public or government administration, finance, healthcare administration or related field.
- 5+ years professional project management experience
- 3 additional years of experience plus the minimum experience plus the minimum experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.
