About the role
- Responsible for the successful managing of financial clearance functions
- Collaborate with other patient access leadership to optimize front end financial clearance processes
- Independently exercises discretionary powers to make difficult decisions
- Monitor staffing productivity and quality by establishing and monitoring thresholds and benchmarks
- Oversee effective customer service systems, communication and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with five (5) years of service in patient registration, financial clearance, or a related field with at least three (3) years in a supervisory capacity
- Seven (7) years of experience in patient registration, financial clearance, or a related field with five (5) years in a supervisory capacity
- Demonstrated experience to lead and direct project support across other teams
- Knowledgeable in the complexities of managed care environment
- Requires Strong decision-making skills, analytical skills with ability to analyze reports
