Full-stack Engineer

• You'll own system design at platform level - architecting for 10-100x growth without major rewrites, establishing the patterns and standards the wider engineering org adopts, and identifying root-cause issues before they become expensive problems.
• On the AI side, you'll define how we use it - not just in the product, but across the engineering organisation. Overseeing the architecture of AI-powered features (voice agents, clinical workflows), managing model selection, latency and cost tradeoffs, evaluation methodologies, and setting the quality and safety bar for everything AI-related that ships.
• You'll work closely with product leadership to shape the roadmap - pushing back where needed, identifying what's high-leverage versus what's noise, and driving cross-team initiatives where success is measured by actual product outcomes, not ticket throughput.
• On the people side, you'll grow the Engineers around you and help build the next generation of technical leaders in the hub.

Principal Engineer

• Writing clean, well-considered code on a modern Node/TypeScript/GCP stack
• Picking up hard problems, producing solid design docs, and reviewing your peers' work in a way that actually helps them improve
• Using AI tools as a natural part of how you work
• Flagging issues early, pushing back when something doesn't make sense, and taking real ownership over the surface area you work on

Senior Software Engineer

QA Engineer

• You'll be shaping our QA culture from scratch - frameworks, standards, the lot.
• On the technical side: Playwright for automated front-end testing, Postman for API testing across our core platforms, and a modern serverless stack in Node.js, TypeScript, SvelteKit and GCP.
• You'll also get early hands-on time with Playwright MCP and AI agents as we ship real features into production.
• You'll work closely with engineers to catch issues early, support complex implementations, and make sure our move-fast culture doesn't compromise the product.
• When something isn't ready, you'll say so - and people will listen.

Software Engineer

Product Manager

• Own the end-to-end product idealization and execution across multiple interconnected systems
• Translate complex clinical, operational, and technical requirements into clear, scalable product specifications

• Work deeply with EHR data, clinical workflows, and interoperability challenges

Senior Product Manager

• Drive Strategy: Balance short-term delivery pressure against long-term technical health, knowing exactly when to push back on requirements that create unsustainable technical cost.
• Connect the Dots: Translate complex business goals into technical implementations for leadership and represent the engineering perspective in cross-functional planning.
• Own the Outcome: You are responsible for work that is visibly connected to customer satisfaction and revenue outcomes.
• Set the Bar: Establish the technical quality bar for the team and write code that serves as the gold-standard reference implementation for others.
• System Design: Architect multi-component systems across the team's domain, producing technical design documents reviewed by the broader organization.
• Modernize: Identify systemic quality issues like tech debt hotspots or test coverage gaps, and build the roadmaps for necessary migrations and remediation.

Staff Software Engineer

• Lead from the Trenches: Actively own and execute manual, exploratory, and automated testing alongside your team. You scale quality by doing, coaching, and setting the technical standard.
• Tame AI Complexity: Design testing strategies that account for LLM behaviors, prompt validations, and model hallucinations, ensuring our AI products are safe and reliable for clinical use.
• Protect the Patient Experience: Act as the final point of hands-on accountability for release readiness. You aren't afraid to "put your foot down" if a product isn't ready for primetime.
• Master the Fundamentals: From deep-dive regression testing to owning complex UAT implementations with external healthcare clients, you ensure our move-fast culture doesn't break mission-critical workflows.
