Lead from the Trenches: Actively own and execute manual, exploratory, and automated testing alongside your team. You scale quality by doing, coaching, and setting the technical standard.
Tame AI Complexity: Design testing strategies that account for LLM behaviors, prompt validations, and model hallucinations, ensuring our AI products are safe and reliable for clinical use.
Protect the Patient Experience: Act as the final point of hands-on accountability for release readiness. You aren't afraid to "put your foot down" if a product isn't ready for primetime.
Master the Fundamentals: From deep-dive regression testing to owning complex UAT implementations with external healthcare clients, you ensure our move-fast culture doesn't break mission-critical workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Healthcare Domain Expertise: 2+ years of experience testing within the healthcare, health-tech, or pharmacy space. You understand HIPAA considerations, data privacy, compliance, and the high-stakes nature of clinical data accuracy.
AI Fluency (Tooling & Products): You have a proven track record of testing AI/LLM-driven features and products. You also intrinsically use AI tools (like Copilot, ChatGPT, or LLM agents) to supercharge your own daily QA workflows.
Hands-on Leadership: 4+ years of experience in QA/Software testing, with a proactive attitude and a background leading projects or small teams without losing your technical, coding edge.
Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Playwright for automated testing and Postman for APIs.
UAT & Client Interfacing: Experience owning UAT end-to-end and coordinating seamlessly with external clients or healthcare providers.
