• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and technical specifications
• Perform manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and backend applications
• Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to define acceptance criteria and improve testability
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Maintain and improve test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Conduct regression, performance, and usability testing across platforms and devices
• Provide feedback on user experience and product functionality from a quality perspective
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies

• Gaining and understanding the source system and data model and target solution and data model
• Defining and maintaining data migration mapping and rules documentation
• Investigation of source data anomalies discovered during ETL develop and managing resolution of data quality issues
• Customer meeting facilitation and decision log management
• Compiling, assigning, communicating and managing the list of pre and post go-live tasks
• Testing data migrated per mapping and rules is fit-for-purpose on the target solution and where migrated data cannot be migrated to be fit-for-purpose, work with development team consultants and developers to identify possible changes to target solution
• Managing the triaging and assignment of customer testing questions and bugs
