About the role

  • You will work largely independently and in a structured way within the scope of a clearly defined project.
  • Tasks include, for example: locating, reviewing and logically organizing relevant HR documents within the organization (e.g. templates, forms, checklists, policies).
  • Systematically enter these documents and information into the HR software, carefully capture fields and master data, thereby establishing the basis for daily HR work in the system.
  • Set up workflows & permissions: together with HR, define approval routes and authorizations (who may see, edit, approve what?) and implement these as workflows and role models in the system.
  • Test new or changed processes in the HR software in practical scenarios (e.g., applications, hires, contract changes, terminations).
  • Prepare materials for practical use, onboarding, and training.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled at university, e.g. in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Informatics, (Business) Psychology, or a comparable course of study.
  • The internship is a mandatory internship as part of your studies (proof required via study regulations/enrollment).
  • You are interested in Human Resources and in the digitalization of HR processes (HR software, HR IT, HR systems).
  • You work in an organized, structured, and highly precise manner.
  • You enjoy analyzing processes and documenting them clearly.
  • You like working independently but coordinate reliably with your team.
