About the role
- Source high-potential early-stage startups across North America
- Manage and evaluate inbound deal flow, from first screen to diligence to final investment recommendation
- Build strong relationships with founders, operators, investors, and startup ecosystem players
- Support internal thesis development, including market mapping, trend analysis, and white-space identification
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Platform and Accelerator teams
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in venture, early-stage startups, or adjacent roles (e.g. founder, venture scout, community builder, accelerator)
- Strong communicator and storyteller
- Ability to write tight memos and distill complexity
- Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and biased toward action
- Digitally native, comfortable creating content and sharing ideas online
