  • Meaningful experience building products in startup environments
  • Strong collaborator, and highly effective in a remote environment
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Bonus: Experience with AI/ML technologies and integrations
  • Bonus: Familiarity with grant funding processes or impact-driven sectors (climate, healthcare, defense, and deep tech)
