About the role

  • Build products that enable medical discoveries while protecting patient privacy
  • Identify and validate customer needs from the evolving ICP and represent customers in product development
  • Articulate product vision and strategy for internal and external audiences
  • Understand and map the competitive landscape and keep it updated
  • Work closely with engineering to maintain and update the product roadmap
  • Coordinate with stakeholders in engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success on priorities and deliverables
  • Monitor product performance to enable data-driven decisions
  • Work with customers to establish ROI and provide information for case studies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working as a product manager in the tech industry (this is NOT an entry level position)
  • Experience with software product development for enterprise customers
  • Experience owning and managing a product roadmap
  • Effective communication skills; ability to influence without authority and set expectations
  • Effective time management skills
  • Technical aptitude; deep technical understanding beyond buzzwords
  • (Preferred) Experience with Python, Kubernetes, Docker, Jira
  • (Preferred) Technical comprehension of machine learning, NLP, NER
  • (Preferred) Experience with unstructured data platforms
  • (Preferred) Portfolio of products delivered from ideation to production
  • (Preferred) Track record of launching products in healthcare
  • (Preferred) Healthcare/healthtech experience and familiarity with EPIC, Cerner, EHR systems
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with clinical research workflows and healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7)
  • (Preferred) Understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, GDPR)
