About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both prospective and current customers.
- Manage the ‘develop the solution’ phase of sales campaigns.
- Build a shared vision with prospects.
- Partner with Top-Tiered Customers and plot out their growth maturity.
- Analyze and apply data.
- Get the technical win.
- Collaborate cross functionally with other orgs, particularly Product, Product Marketing and Professional Services.
- Travel up to 50% of the time to develop relationships with customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Enterprise pre-sales experience or equivalent customer-facing experience.
- Proficient English, French, Italian mandatory
- Knowledge of APIs, Integrations (XML), and Flat File processes
- Knowledge of Facilities space
- Expert in Microsoft Excel
- Critical thinking with both collecting and interpreting data to strategize an outcome
- Experience at a well-regarded Enterprise software provider
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Permissions to travel between UK and EU countries
