About the role

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both prospective and current customers.
  • Manage the ‘develop the solution’ phase of sales campaigns.
  • Build a shared vision with prospects.
  • Partner with Top-Tiered Customers and plot out their growth maturity.
  • Analyze and apply data.
  • Get the technical win.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with other orgs, particularly Product, Product Marketing and Professional Services.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to develop relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Enterprise pre-sales experience or equivalent customer-facing experience.
  • Proficient English, French, Italian mandatory
  • Knowledge of APIs, Integrations (XML), and Flat File processes
  • Knowledge of Facilities space
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel
  • Critical thinking with both collecting and interpreting data to strategize an outcome
  • Experience at a well-regarded Enterprise software provider
  • Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Permissions to travel between UK and EU countries
