About the role
- meet or exceed sales goals in the assigned territory
- conduct direct selling efforts, training and management on OEM and End Users
- responsible for all aspects of the sales process including demand creation and pricing discussions
- collaborate with marketing teams and improve operational efficiency
- manage relationships with key accounts and expand market share
Requirements
- experience in sales, preferably in OEM and End User markets
- ability to manage, protect, and expand business in LATAM
- technical knowledge in high-voltage asset reliability and monitoring devices
- collaboration with internal teams like manufacturing and engineering
- strong relationship management skills
