About the role
- Serve as chief legal advisor to the President and leadership team on all legal, regulatory, and governance matters
- Lead global legal strategy across commercial, product, regulatory, employment, litigation, IP, privacy, and data protection
- Ensure strong compliance programs across regulated environments, including healthcare, quality systems, trade compliance, and global regulatory requirements
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, Product, and Commercial leaders on complex employee relations, investigations, transactions, and risk matters
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) with active bar membership
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in legal, compliance, and risk-heavy environments
- Demonstrated experience overseeing or partnering closely with enterprise cybersecurity or information security leaders
- Strong business acumen with experience advising senior executives
- Proven ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and change
- Experience in regulated, global, or matrixed environments preferred.
