About the role

  • Drive business growth by applying program management skills
  • Own process discipline, leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed program teams
  • Manage conflict and tradeoffs and enable cross-functional clarity and execution
  • Lead team to create and update schedules / action plans and drive crucial conversations
  • Demonstrates strong team building skills and drives success in project execution
  • Defines project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracks KPIs to support high level metrics
  • Lead discussions for risk assessment and trade-off analysis to resolve blockers
  • Manage budgets for medium to high complexity projects and guide others through budgeting exercises
  • Coach team members for success and provide mentorship

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience developing system level products, which include electronic hardware, embedded firmware, and application software in a fully integrated system
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire collaborative team execution including leadership of geographically dispersed cross-functional development teams
  • Experience in coaching junior team members in program management
  • Proven experience in risk management and change management
  • Comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization, adjusting appropriately for the audience and purpose
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • PMI/PMP certification a plus
