About the role

  • Design & Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports using:
  • Rest and SOAP API’s
  • Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW)
  • OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
  • BI Publisher (BIP)
  • Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC),
  • Work with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Leverage subject areas and data models from Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, or SCM depending on business needs.
  • Build custom data models and enrichments within FAW/OAC for advanced reporting.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, data visualizations, and scheduled reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across all reporting tools.
  • Maintain documentation for dashboards, reports, and data models.
  • Stay updated with Oracle quarterly updates and assess impact on reporting/data sources.

Requirements

  • At least 8 or more years of Oracle Cloud HCM integration experience required preferably for a large global company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (HCM).
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in:
  • Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
  • OTBI and BI Publisher
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion transactional data models.
  • Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with KPI design, data storytelling, and user-focused dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
