About the role
- Sellers will create accounts for new customers and capture relevant information to foster future interactions and relationships.
- Sellers will inform and propose relevant solutions to maximize revenue and form mutually beneficial relationships with Fluke customers.
- Sellers will also conduct outbound customer engagement and sales campaigns designed to:
- Initiate new relationships in relevant and emerging vertical markets.
- Drive consolidation by offering compatible solutions based on customer purchase history.
- Conduct market intelligence campaigns designed to capture market share in emerging fields such as solar and renewable energy.
- Propose premium care plans with the intention of helping end users protect and extend the life of previously purchased Fluke products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in either Business, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or Education, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant B2B Sales Experience in lieu of a degree.
- Capable of identifying, engaging, and developing customers with little to no exposure to Fluke products or solutions.
- Elevated learning proficiency and adaptability.
- High data literacy and practical application skills.
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Information technology, data entry, and hypercube-database utilization.
- Proven track record of consistent sales, professional, and personal growth.
- Desire to learn, apply, contribute to, and perfect an iterative sales process.
- Meticulous time management skills.
- High sense of ownership and personal accountability.
