About the role
- Lead all FBS activity across Accruent
- Drive adoption of the Fortive Business System (FBS) throughout Accruent
- Produce world-class results in customer experience, quality, on-time delivery, customer-value
- Provide thought leadership, roadmap, and development of FBS leaders throughout Accruent
- Provide executive coaching and development to all functional leaders
- Work across many peers and indirect subordinates in a matrixed environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement and transformative initiatives in a business function
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills are essential.
- Excellent presentation, oral communications, and writing skills are required.
- Develop insights into situations quickly; question conventional methods and find best solutions.
- Make appropriate-level decisions independently.
- Targets breakthrough performance, believes in achieving the unachievable
- Provide examples of use of Project management & FBS tools to provide results in organizational improvement.
