About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring strong relationships
- Drive renewals and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to reduce churn
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs
- Manage and negotiate contract renewals and compliance with terms
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in software sales
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to self-start sales success
- Strong analytical skills, including market strategy and customer requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to publicly represent the company with customers and at events
