About the role

Requirements

  • Education: Bac+2 (equivalent to two years of post-secondary study / associate degree)
  • Welcome and handle customer requests with empathy

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Genuine enjoyment of telephone-based communication
  • Experience handling inbound calls in a B2B service environment
  • Be fully comfortable with computer systems and software
