About the role
- Respond to a variety of customer inquiries
- Manage customer accounts
- Register accounts and orders
- Enter purchase orders
- Record credit notes
- Assist customers on our website
- Provide customers with support for various operational processes
- Guide customers in understanding their invoices
- Process and resolve complaints
Requirements
- Education: Bac+2 (equivalent to two years of post-secondary study / associate degree)
- Welcome and handle customer requests with empathy
- Process requests with rigor and professionalism
- Good verbal communication skills
- Genuine enjoyment of telephone-based communication
- Experience handling inbound calls in a B2B service environment
- Be fully comfortable with computer systems and software
