About the role

  • Drive growth for the division by promoting and expanding the use of products within your assigned territory.
  • Grow sales within the healthcare sector by visiting current and prospective customers.

  • Report customer feedback, market shifts, complaints, and opportunities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare clear, consistent reports and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage a territory independently.
  • Customer‑centric mindset and a commitment to high‑quality service and compliance.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
  • Experience training healthcare professionals or leading product demonstrations (nice-to-have).
  • Knowledge of hospital workflows and clinical environments (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with bid processes, public tenders, or contract management (nice-to-have).
