About the role

  • Responsible for facilitation, oversight and project management of supply chain projects, including introduction of new products and transfers of existing project lines.
  • Acts as subject matter expert in the fields of operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
  • Manages extended operations team project resources.
  • Forecasts resource needs, proactively identifies resource issues, and works with leadership to identify solutions.
  • Identifies, monitors, and proactively mitigates/countermeasures risks.
  • Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level.

Requirements

  • High School or Equivalent
  • Associate’s Degree
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Master’s Degree
  • PhD Degree
  • Business Management or technical discipline with an emphasis on Operations / Supply Chain
  • 3-5 years in a medical device or related business preferred
  • Anticipates internal and external business challenges and recommends countermeasures or process improvements.
  • Sets clear expectations for team and establishes roles and responsibilities. Coaches team members when necessary to ensure team goals are met
  • Demonstrates an understanding of business partner’s needs and manages satisfaction relative to deliverables.
  • Coordinates and communicates with business partners to ensure the alignment of plan objectives to activities.
