About the role
- You will support the team's customer service and operations, working with both internal and external customers.
- Main responsibilities include:
- Provide customer support via phone (toll-free 0800), email and Salesforce, assisting with inquiries and order follow-up.
- Manage orders in your assigned portfolio, ensuring execution and updating information.
- Monitor and forward refusals and returns, coordinating with carriers, customers and the commercial team.
- Prepare order reports for strategic customers.
- Assist in handling emergency deliveries with carriers and the warehouse.
- Identify situations that may impact SLAs and proactively coordinate actions with the responsible teams, keeping the customer informed.
- Perform other activities related to the area as needed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university undergraduate program in any field, from the 3rd semester onward.
- Availability to intern 30 hours per week in a hybrid model, with occasional days in the Barueri office as required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
