About the role

  • You will support the team's customer service and operations, working with both internal and external customers.
  • Main responsibilities include:
  • Provide customer support via phone (toll-free 0800), email and Salesforce, assisting with inquiries and order follow-up.
  • Manage orders in your assigned portfolio, ensuring execution and updating information.
  • Monitor and forward refusals and returns, coordinating with carriers, customers and the commercial team.
  • Prepare order reports for strategic customers.
  • Assist in handling emergency deliveries with carriers and the warehouse.
  • Identify situations that may impact SLAs and proactively coordinate actions with the responsible teams, keeping the customer informed.
  • Perform other activities related to the area as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university undergraduate program in any field, from the 3rd semester onward.
  • Availability to intern 30 hours per week in a hybrid model, with occasional days in the Barueri office as required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
