About the role
- Collaborate with the EMEA Channel Sales Team and Channel Partners to generate sales for Fluke Health Solutions Hardware, Software and Service Offers
- Handle inbound inquiries via live chat, email, and phone with a focus on generating sales
- Daily Funnel / Opportunity management in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Achieve all sales lead and opportunity generation goals
- Outbound prospecting, sales pipeline development, and following up on leads
Requirements
- Degree in Sales, Marketing or Technical field
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of inside sales or customer service experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience with MS-Dynamics and/or equivalent CRM
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with reasonable supervision
- Fluency in English and preferable 1-2 other European Languages
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Strong team player with the ability to interact with Channel Sales Teams and Marketing Team in EMEA
- Medical Segment experience is preferred
