About the role

  • Collaborate with the EMEA Channel Sales Team and Channel Partners to generate sales for Fluke Health Solutions Hardware, Software and Service Offers
  • Handle inbound inquiries via live chat, email, and phone with a focus on generating sales
  • Daily Funnel / Opportunity management in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Achieve all sales lead and opportunity generation goals
  • Outbound prospecting, sales pipeline development, and following up on leads

Requirements

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing or Technical field
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years of inside sales or customer service experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Previous experience with MS-Dynamics and/or equivalent CRM
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with reasonable supervision
  • Fluency in English and preferable 1-2 other European Languages
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Strong team player with the ability to interact with Channel Sales Teams and Marketing Team in EMEA
  • Medical Segment experience is preferred
