About the role

  • Lead implementation projects for new and existing customers, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings (remote and onsite) to capture requirements and review configurations.
  • Configure SaaS solutions, conduct testing, and support User Acceptance Testing.
  • Deliver tailored training programs to customer teams.
  • Manage change orders and provide recommendations for scope or timeline adjustments.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist support teams with resolving configuration issues post-implementation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical implementation consulting experience with SaaS solutions
  • Hands-on experience with software configuration and integrations, including basic coding (e.g., XML/HTML)
  • Strong understanding of cloud technology principles
  • Proven ability to analyze complex challenges and deliver practical solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences in ENGLISH;
  • Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
