About the role
- Lead implementation projects for new and existing customers, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings (remote and onsite) to capture requirements and review configurations.
- Configure SaaS solutions, conduct testing, and support User Acceptance Testing.
- Deliver tailored training programs to customer teams.
- Manage change orders and provide recommendations for scope or timeline adjustments.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
- Assist support teams with resolving configuration issues post-implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical implementation consulting experience with SaaS solutions
- Hands-on experience with software configuration and integrations, including basic coding (e.g., XML/HTML)
- Strong understanding of cloud technology principles
- Proven ability to analyze complex challenges and deliver practical solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences in ENGLISH;
- Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
