About the role
- Drive Business Performance and Optimize Investments
- Achieve BP targets for assigned products with tight collaborative work with the sales department.
- Manage expenses effectively within budget and make efficient investments.
- Properly manage promotional materials and fixed assets related to assigned products.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels for assigned products.
- Manage Market Intelligence
- Timely acquisition and analysis of market trends, customer trends, and competitor information both domestically and internationally.
- Apply gathered information to develop MKTG strategies and sales plans for assigned products.
- Lead Product Strategy New Product Launch
- Plan how to launch new products into the market.
- Collaborate with departments domestically and globally to execute MKTG plans and maximize product value to drive business.
- Develop and execute communication strategies based on MKTG strategies for assigned products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders domestically and globally to build differentiation evidence against competitors.
- Develop Customer Relationship
- Build and maintain good relationships with key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) related to assigned products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years college degree) or more
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a marketing role in the medical industry (medical device or pharmaceutical)
- Minimum of 5 years of professional career in the medical industry (medical device or pharmaceutical)
- Knowledge of the medical environment, medical economics, administration, and competitors at a level sufficient to conduct various analyses.
- Proven track records as a team leader or project leader with project management skill
- Business level in English (TOEIC: 730 or above), and Native level in Japanese
