Systems Engineer

• Implement industry-leading solutions leveraging Oracle R12 EBS Supply Chain & Manufacturing modules (OM, Manufacturing, WMS, Inventory, Supply/Demand Planning, BOM, Procurement, etc.).
• Apply knowledge of Oracle Fusion PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) to optimize product lifecycle processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and define solution frameworks.
• Build and own functional/technical specifications, data flows, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with development, business, and IT teams to design, test, and deploy solutions.
• Lead external vendor deliverables and ensure high-quality execution.
• Support implementations, upgrades, and migrations with accurate planning and estimation.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in design and delivery practices.
• Provide leadership in transition, organizational change, and adoption of new solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet compliance requirements (SOX, Information Security).
