About the role
- Design and develop solutions to automate accounting workflows using BlackLine capabilities
- Drive process improvements to align with BlackLine capabilities
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure successful execution of BlackLine projects
- Establish effective support models to sustain and continuously improve BlackLine solutions in production
- Lead training of internal resources and drive broad adoption of BlackLine
- Monitor metrics related to BlackLine usage and ensure best-in-class adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with BlackLine systems automation tools
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with finance and accounting systems, processes, or ERP system implementations
- Proficiency with SQL and other data analysis tools
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar ERP platforms
