Accounting Manager

• Oversee all operational accounting activities including R2R, A/P, A/R, T&E, TPA (incl. communication of results), corporate expenses, debt, and fixed assets across all legal entities and reporting bases
• Ensure compliance with internal policies for intercompany allocations and settlements
• Manage quarterly ledger feeds, new account setups, and ensure accurate legal entity allocations
• Lead the development and submission of FCA Re. accounting packages in coordination with the VP, Insurance Accounting Leader
• Monitor and ensure alignment with accounting policies across all operational entries
• Drive robust execution of reconciliations (incl. suspense) and other related controls over cash, vendors, and intercompany processes
• Coordinate related approvals and work with Treasury to settle intercompany balances monthly
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardize operational processes across all legal entities and reporting bases
• Drive standardization, automation and documentation of processes to ensure consistency and compliance

• Own the enterprise-wide change management vision by designing, implementing, and continuously evolving a structured framework; oversee the development of toolkits and build organizational capacity through training internal change agents.
• Shape and drive integrated change strategies aligned with long-term business priorities and strategy.
• Provide leadership of change governance, including change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement strategies, and risk mitigation planning to ensure business resilience.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, collaborating with key stakeholders to co-create and deliver communications, training, and change readiness activities that support strategic objectives.

Vice President, Change Management

• Responsible for evolving and maturing the current testing framework to implement a scalable, risk-aware testing strategy that supports enterprise initiatives.
• Shape and oversee the test management strategy across multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Partner with Transformation team, IT, Data & Analytics, and business units to implement structured testing strategies aligning with compliance standards.
• Integrate testing into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines to enable enterprise growth.
• Design and implement end-to-end test strategies covering unit, system integration, user acceptance, regression and performance testing.
• Develop a comprehensive test management playbook including best practices, templates, and tools.
• Build scalable, repeatable testing processes aligned with evolving risk profiles and compliance standards.
• Coordinate testing efforts with technical teams (developers, architects, DevOps) and business stakeholders (product owners, SMEs, end users).
• Test planning: develop test scripts, scenarios, conditions, environment configurations, and entry/exit criteria with full requirements traceability.
• Oversee defect management including intake, fix lists, validation testing, and feedback loops.
• Communicate test progress, risks, and mitigation plans to program and executive leadership.

• Manage project roadmap that documents key milestones, timeline, and areas of risk across a given portfolio
• Provide transparency to stakeholders into progress towards project goals
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements and project assumptions are established
• Liaise with product owners and risk and control partners on review and approval of content impacting a project
• Enable appropriate escalation of any item that may impact timely delivery or cause a change to the agreed scope of project

Actuary

• Role involves maintaining and enhancing production models for Fortitude Re's Inforce block; supporting and leading modeling capabilities for strategic planning; collaborating with risk, investments, assumptions, capital management, financial reporting and controllership teams.
• Redesign and automate actuarial workflows; improve efficiency, accuracy, internal capabilities.
• Develop/test new modeling capabilities for strategic planning and business decision-making.
• Conduct peer reviews.
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory filings, audits, and internal reviews; support governance processes.
• Analyze data and trends; respond to ad-hoc requests from senior management.
• Salary range: base pay between $110k-$160k, plus annual bonus and benefits.
