About the role

- Spend the necessary time learning and executing the core operations of Fortis’ offering
- Work with Fortis's global network to schedule and advise on logistics and travel arrangements for primarily passengers using private aviation to travel
- Be willing to be part of a cohesive team environment where each contributes to helping others and clients when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, travel-related, logistics or technology-related roles or opportunities
- Satisfactory background check (reviewed on a case by case basis)
- Customer service is exceptional
- Attention to detail and problem solving must be core strengths
- Willingness to initially and continually learn, listen to feedback and take ownership of your goals
- Experience in maintaining a calm and respective demeanor at all times
- Attentive and proactive in predicting needs and creating solutions
- Strong technical skills including accessing and working in multiple platforms
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Whatsapp, and Slack preferred
- Adaptability to changes
