About the role

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, travel-related, logistics or technology-related roles or opportunities
  • Satisfactory background check (reviewed on a case by case basis)
  • Customer service is exceptional
  • Attention to detail and problem solving must be core strengths
  • Willingness to initially and continually learn, listen to feedback and take ownership of your goals
  • Experience in maintaining a calm and respective demeanor at all times
  • Attentive and proactive in predicting needs and creating solutions
  • Strong technical skills including accessing and working in multiple platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Whatsapp, and Slack preferred
  • Adaptability to changes
