Graphics Designer

• At Fortis, we believe creative is a core driver of player growth. As a Lead Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how players discover, engage with, and connect to our games through high-impact, performance-driven creative.
• You will help drive the visual direction across user acquisition, social, and store marketing initiatives, translating creative direction, gameplay features, player motivations, and audience insights into compelling visual solutions and scalable design systems.
• Drawing on insights and direction from Creative Strategy, User Acquisition, and Product Marketing teams, you will help evolve our creative approach through strong craft, experimentation, research, and continuous learning. You will lead by example through strong execution while supporting the growth and development of designers through feedback and mentorship. You will help foster a culture of craft, collaboration, and continuous improvement while maintaining a high bar for creative quality across the team.
• You will explore and incorporate new tools and workflows, including generative AI, where they can enhance ideation, production, and creative exploration. As part of this, you will help identify effective and responsible ways these tools can support the creative process while maintaining high standards of quality and brand alignment.

Lead Graphic Designer

• Drive the visual quality and creative direction of our marketing and user acquisition efforts
• Translate strategy, gameplay features, audience insights, and performance data into compelling visual systems and high-impact creative
• Lead by example through strong execution while guiding other designers and elevating overall creative output
• Work closely with creative strategists, producers, and marketing partners to align visual assets with campaign goals
• Drive continuous improvement through research, creative experimentation, and the integration of new tools and workflows
• Shape best practices for using AI in creative development efficiently and responsibly
• Establish and uphold visual quality standards across all outputs, ensuring consistency and brand alignment

Lead Graphic Designer, Illustrator

3D Artist

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and UA leadership to translate artistic visions into impactful motion graphics for marketing campaigns.
• Create visually stunning User Acquisition creatives and marketing assets tailored to different games, ensuring they are on-brand and engaging.
• Conduct thorough research, gather references, and analyze competitors' strategies to inform creative decisions.
• Champion the visual style of the games, sharing knowledge with the team to ensure alignment with the overall vision and direction.
• Work closely with 3D and 2D artists and animator specialists to produce high-quality motion graphics, addressing visual challenges during production.
• Contribute to conceptualizing and storyboarding ideas for motion design projects in collaboration with the creative team.
• Provide creative input and support during brainstorming sessions, leveraging expertise in visual storytelling and animation techniques.
• Ensure all videos adhere to technical specifications and are optimized for performance across various platforms.
• Mentor junior, mid-level, and senior artists, fostering team growth and studio capability.
• Stay updated on design trends, animation tools, and techniques to enhance the quality and innovation of motion design projects.

Motion Designer – Contractor

• Own the creation of high-performing video creatives across user acquisition, social, and digital channels, driving engagement, conversion, and player acquisition at scale.
• Translate gameplay features, player motivations, and creative strategy into compelling motion concepts that resonate with target audiences.
• Develop scalable motion templates and workflows to enable efficient production and rapid iteration across campaigns.
• Drive a culture of experimentation by exploring new formats, styles, and creative directions, supporting continuous testing and optimization.
• Leverage performance data and insights to refine creative approaches, improving results across key metrics such as CTR, CVR, and retention.
• Partner closely with UA, Creative Strategists, Product Marketing, and Game Teams to ensure alignment between creative output and broader growth initiatives.
• Integrate AI-driven tools into day-to-day workflows, accelerating ideation, production, localization, and iteration while improving overall team efficiency.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, formats, and technologies in motion design and performance marketing, continuously evolving our creative approach.

People Operations

• Reporting to the VP of People, the Senior Manager of Employee Experience will shape and manage the systems that drive connection and collaboration across Fortis.
• This is a strategic, hands-on builder role that blends clear direction-setting with disciplined execution.
• The role owns and evolves the programs that define how Fortizens build community and collaborate effectively in a fully distributed environment.
• In addition, it provides leadership and operational oversight to a small team while personally driving key initiatives from design through delivery.
• Community Engagement - building internal programs and rituals that foster belonging in a gamer-heavy organization.
• Remote Excellence - defining and operationalizing programs that support how Fortizens works together effectively as a globally distributed company.
• On-Sites & Gatherings - designing and executing intentional in-person experiences that strengthen alignment, connection, and collaboration amongst teams.
• Guilds - providing a framework for and supporting the ongoing work of Guilds, our employee resource groups.

Senior Manager, People Experience

• Reporting to the VP of People, the Senior Manager of Employee Experience will shape and manage the systems that drive connection and collaboration across Fortis.
• This is a strategic, hands-on builder role that blends clear direction-setting with disciplined execution.
• The role owns and evolves the programs that define how Fortizens build community and collaborate effectively in a fully distributed environment.
• In addition, it provides leadership and operational oversight to a small team while personally driving key initiatives from design through delivery.
• Design and implement a cohesive Employee Experience strategy, prioritizing robust community engagement and effective collaboration systems that resonate authentically with game makers.
• Help define and operationalize a practical Remote Excellence framework, translating principles into clear norms, toolkits, and enablement for managers and teams.
• Build and govern the global framework for company onsites and in-person gatherings, including end-to-end logistics and establishing consistent practices for teams to maximize connection and intentional in-person collaboration.
• Develop internal programs and rituals that strengthen connection and collaboration across teams.
• Champion and structure Guilds so they operate as effective communities, bolstering the network, professional development, and sense of belonging for their members.

Product Manager

• Own the game economy across multiple interconnected systems ( progression, monetization, resource flows ) and ensure long-term health and commercial viability.
• Drive product direction by translating strategic hypotheses into concrete decisions, specifications, and shipped features.
• Run live operations strategy: event cadence, segmentation, personalization, offer testing, and build toward a system that scales globally.
• Validate soft launch performance through disciplined experimentation. A/B tests, cohort analysis, and KPI deep-dives are deeply understood, and you make clear recommendations on global launch readiness.
• Take real decisions under real pressure. You'll own the call on what to ship, what to cut, and when we're ready to scale.
• Leverage AI to multiply your impact. You do that not as a buzzword, but as a core working method. We expect firsthand knowledge of how AI tools reshape productivity, analysis, and product outcomes by orders of magnitude.
• Influence across departments ( design, engineering, analytics, marketing, central teams), rallying people around the mission and the business of the game.
• Deeply understand our audience: who they are, what they value, how they play, and what will make them stay and pay.
• Write high-quality, actionable product specifications that enable speed without compromising system integrity.

Associate Director of Product

• Define and own the product strategy for core game systems including player accounts, compliance, social, and other systems.
• Help shape the social layer of our games (e.g. referral systems, chat, guilds) turning our games into places where real communities form.
• Build deep working relationships with leadership across game and partner teams, bridging business goals and technical execution.
• Take on the hardest prioritization calls when the team is being pulled in multiple directions, bringing structure and calm to competing priorities.
• Connect your pod's work to the broader platform strategy and communicate progress clearly to senior stakeholders.
