About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • At Fortis, we believe creative is a core driver of player growth. As a Lead Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how players discover, engage with, and connect to our games through high-impact, performance-driven creative.
  • You will help drive the visual direction across user acquisition, social, and store marketing initiatives, translating creative direction, gameplay features, player motivations, and audience insights into compelling visual solutions and scalable design systems.
  • Drawing on insights and direction from Creative Strategy, User Acquisition, and Product Marketing teams, you will help evolve our creative approach through strong craft, experimentation, research, and continuous learning. You will lead by example through strong execution while supporting the growth and development of designers through feedback and mentorship. You will help foster a culture of craft, collaboration, and continuous improvement while maintaining a high bar for creative quality across the team.
  • You will explore and incorporate new tools and workflows, including generative AI, where they can enhance ideation, production, and creative exploration. As part of this, you will help identify effective and responsible ways these tools can support the creative process while maintaining high standards of quality and brand alignment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in graphic design, marketing design, performance creative, or related disciplines, with a track record of delivering high-quality creative work and contributing to the growth of fellow designers.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital formats, including ads, social content, store assets, and campaign creative.
  • Proven ability to translate creative direction, gameplay features, and audience insights into compelling visual solutions.
  • Strong design fundamentals, including visual storytelling, composition, typography, and best practices across platforms and formats.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments and balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of craft.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Experience in gaming, mobile, or performance-driven environments is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools; experience with motion graphics or 3D is a plus.
