About the role
- Build trusting relationships and act as an influential partner for key stakeholders.
- Develop leaders in the skills required for their roles, particularly in people and resource management.
- Act as an internal consultant to leaders and managers, providing guidance and support on people management matters, including workforce planning, team design, and people analytics.
- Analyze the business, identify and recommend People strategies to drive area objectives.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.
- Mediate actions with employees and contractors (facilitate teambuilding, provide guidance, etc.).
- Intervene and influence leaders on People processes across the full employee lifecycle (attraction, development, career, performance, offboarding, etc.), mediating between leadership and specialist teams.
- Develop strategic planning for change management with respect to impacted people.
- Anticipate and mitigate people- and business-related risks.
- Develop metrics and indicators for the area.
- Prepare agendas for strategic people-related events.
- Deliver trainings and workshops.
- Create and disseminate policies and processes relevant to the area.
- Monitor and propose initiatives to maintain high levels of team engagement and motivation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Solid experience across HR subsystems.
- Knowledge of market trends, especially regarding a culture of innovation, high performance, and engagement of distributed/remote teams.
- Consultative and strategic experience with leadership, supporting rapid growth, organizational transformation, and scalability.
- Design development journeys tailored to the needs of product and technology teams to drive performance and engagement.
- Clear, empathetic communication adaptable to different technical profiles.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with stakeholders at different levels.
- Analytical ability to turn data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations for the business.
- Active listening skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders at various levels.
- Conflict mediation skills and the ability to handle sensitive conversations, promoting collaborative and healthy work environments.
- Agile mindset and orientation toward continuous learning.
